On a clear day, you can see Ben Lomond from Tinto and the ‘Hill of Fire’ is a must to experience a sunset like no other. You will need a permit for most fishing in Scotland and you can contact various fisheries, Lochs, rivers and reservoirs to arrange a permit before travelling.

Scotland has also been welcoming golfing fans for years. The first written rules of golf were established in Scotland and are still maintained to this day by the R&A. Lanarkshire boasts an abundance of courses to try, some rich in history dating back to the late 1800s, like Hamilton Golf Club.
