Strathclyde Country Park is a large area of countryside centred around Strathclyde Loch and on the River Clyde. As well as beautiful surroundings, the park is home to a range of visitor attractions including: watersports centre, M&D's Scotland's Theme Park, adventure playgrounds and a number of hotels restaurants and campsite.
Sports Venue
The park is the venue for many events including international rowing competitions, festivals and other sporting events. Visitors can hire boats including the popular family funboats.
Walking and Cycling
Visitors can hire a bike to cycle round the park. There is also a pump track and mountain bike skills loops for the more adventurous cyclist. Check out the interactive map for things to do in the park! We also have the longer route along the clyde walkway
