The changing rooms are fitted out with whiteboards for you to plot strategies.
Upon arrival, you’ll be provided with safety gear and you’ll also be given overalls. You’ll then receive a safety briefing from our qualified instructors who will be there with you throughout the day to ensure all rules and regulations are being followed.
